It has been put collectively by two start-ups run by black ladies; NIYO Enterprise and Coding Black Females. They secured funding of £250,000 from the West Midlands Mixed Authority Digital Retraining Fund.
The free, six-month, part-time course is designed for girls over-18 who’re unemployed or employed with a wage under £20,000.
Initially it was meant for 40 ladies, however after greater than 300 utilized, 50 at the moment are collaborating.
